Cooking
the cold butter to grind into crumbs with the flour
knead elastic dough, divide into 6 parts each part wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator-by the hour
beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar add the starch and mix well
pour in the milk, again beat well and put in a water bath until thick, stirring occasionally
the cream to cool and add condensed milk mix well
thinly roll out each piece of dough and cut out the shape (I cut in the lid of the pan) to pierce with a fork often (to make not bubbled dough) bake until Golden color and cool
I turned out not 6, but 7 cakes - from scraps I unrolled the seventh layer each cake impregnated with cream, except for the top (a little cream aside for top of cake and sides of cake) cake wrap in cling film or foil on it to put a press(I have a pan with water)and put into cold at night
in the morning to coat the cake with cream and laterally, too, and liberally sprinkle with crumbs, and the sides (I milled cookies, chips can be made from scraps of dough) to put in hours in the fridge the Cake is ready!!! Picotite tea!!!:)
