Yoghurt dip
I want to offer You a very tasty sauce based on yoghurt, which is perfect for vegetables, salads, meat, poultry. A wonderful and healthy alternative to boring mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    300 g

  • Parsley

  • Cilantro

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Olive oil

    80 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

Yogurt, I cook homemade milk. Homemade yogurt is much healthier than store-bought. If You still have no noisy, urgent need to correct this situation.

The greens remove tough stems. To chop the garlic. Pour into the bowl of a blender the oil, add salt, pepper, herbs, garlic, nuts. Grind until smooth.
