Fragrant chicken liver, baked in foil
Not so often you meet a chicken liver, which is cooked incredibly fast, no frills, but the result is delicious and fragrant dish that is not ashamed to serve on the holiday table paired with a striking garnish! Thank you for such a delicious, easy, healthy dish Vick passion1963!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wash the liver under cold water and dry. Mix vegetable oil, salt, pepper and spices, pour in the liver and leave for 30 - 40 minutes.

Onions to chop half rings and fry in butter.

Sausage finely chopped.

On a sheet of foil put half of the sausage.

The top half of the onion and half of the liver.

Do the same thing with the other half. Wrapped foil candy. Preheat the oven to 200. Bake for 15 minutes, expand foil and for another 5 minutes.
