Potatoes, everyone's favorite, and nachinkoy - just delicious, crispy... Tasted it, I will want to eat potatoes many, many times! For magazine contest "the Culinary workshop".

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Green onions

Cooking

Potatoes wash and boil in their skins.

Parsley and green onions chop. Onion and cut the ham into cubes and fry in butter.

Peel the potatoes.

Sauteed ham and onions mixed with parsley, green onions and cheese.

Potatoes cut in half, remove pulp and chop it in cubes.

Mix potatoes with ham and cheese.

All carefully stir, add salt and pepper to taste.
