Apple lemon marmalade
Very tasty harvesting of apples in the Apple alternative to a trivial jam. Make a fragrant and thick marmalade.


  • Lemon

    4 piece

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Apple

    1.4 kg

  • Sugar

    6 cup

  • Mint

    6 piece


Cut the lemons in half lengthwise and then into thin slices, remove seeds. I had 3 very large lemons, so I cut them into 4 pieces and then into slices. Pour 3 cups water and leave overnight.
The next day, bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes over moderate heat until peel is tender.
Peel the apples from the core and, if desired, peeled, cut into thin slices. Connect the apples, lemons, liquid, sugar and...
... and mint. It is not necessary to grind, because at the end we will take out.
Stirring, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes until thick. Remove the mint and pour into sterilized jars, roll up.
