Cooking
Orange (wash, scald) with the peel cut into pieces, put in 3-liter jar. Add citric acid (optional, I add 1/4 tsp), sugar and yeast. Pour enough water (leave 4-5 cm from the neck). Cover (I covered with gauze) and put in a warm place for a day.
A day kvass strain and pour into bottles, close and put into the refrigerator in a horizontal position. Twenty-four hours kvass is ready.
