Sun-dried tomatoes shelf stable without refrigeration

Spread layers of warm sun-dried tomatoes, sprinkling each layer with mixture of Basil and oregano. Cut into slices garlic, put it in a container with olive oil. In a microwave oven, heat olive oil with garlic for 2 minutes. The oil should be very hot, but not boiling. Pour the oil (with the warmed slices of garlic) tomatoes to the top (under the cover). Spinning. Roll up in towel and leave it to cool down.
Store at room temperature.
