In my opinion I found the one and only, delicious sauce that fits perfectly to the potato pancakes and blends in well with them. Try this simple sauce, I think, will not remain indifferent, tested!!!
Ingredients

Sour cream

Horseradish
1 Tbsp

Green onions

Salmon fillet cut and send in blender, I did in the village with my mom, so there were no blender, just cut in small pieces. Mix salmon with sour cream, horseradish and chopped green onions.
The resulting mass spread on pancakes. And on top you can decorate with red caviar. Bon appetit!!!
