Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Broth

    250 ml

Cut onions

Fry the onion and mushrooms. Add salt and spices.

Add in the roasted mushrooms 1 tablespoon of flour, stirring and allowing to warm up. Then add the broth and sour cream and leave on heat for another 5 minutes
