Description

The pork in the microwave
Of course, the Scullion-ru you can find dozens of recipes for pork. But nobody had offered to bake it in this method: light the oven without foil... in the microwave! With minimum hassle and with a great result. As if suddenly sounded the idea to cook meat in the microwave, it is very easy (I think my recipe for the pork here is the easiest!), and the result will make you happy, I promise:) Plus this recipe is that it is very difficult to overcook or dry out meat. No need to mess with either foil or sleeve for baking. And in General, the process of roasting requires no control:) the Pork is tender and juicy, with a delicious fried crust, it's beautiful and as an independent hot meat dish (with any meal), and for slicing for Breakfast or on sandwiches - cold. Thanks for this technology - my mother-in-law, she came up with this recipe that I wanted to share with you, dear cooks!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Raisins

    2 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Water

    400 ml

Cooking

step-0
Pork wash, dry paper towel.
step-1
Peel the garlic and cut into slices. If you want to do the pork with a very classic taste, cost one garlic. If you are not afraid to experiment, wash and dry and a couple of teaspoons of seedless raisins!
step-2
With a knife make meat deep incisions, put them in slices of garlic (and raisins, if we are not afraid of raisins!) RUB the meat with salt and pepper, let it sit 30-60 minutes.
step-3
Heat in a pan a little vegetable oil and fry on high heat the meat on all sides until a beautiful Golden brown (just a couple of minutes each side).
step-4
Take an ovenproof pan or form. She has to be with cap and must be suitable for use in the microwave. The bottom of the pan carpeted the Bay leaf.
step-5
Put the meat in Bay leaf and carefully pour two cups of boiling water. Close the lid, put in the microwave, turn on full power (mode - only MICROWAVE, no grill!) for 15-25 minutes. Then pull the pan, turn the meat and cook the same amount of time (15-25 minutes on full power). NOTE: Power all microwaves are different, and utensils will also be different thermal conductivity, so that the ideal cooking time should be individualized. For my stove a maximum output of 1000 W in the preparation of 1 kg of meat in a thick-walled heat-resistant glass pot (2.5 l) was better only 2 times in 23 minutes. And you, my friends, I recommend after the first 13-15 minutes to cut the meat and see how it turns out. And make adjustments accordingly :)
step-6
Check the readiness of meat: the first incision and watch (or try). Everything should be fine, but if your microwave is a very special character, and the meat is not sufficiently cooked, add a few more minutes in the microwave. Serve the pork hot with a side dish or cooled and cut to taste. Bon appetit :)
