Buns with sausage
Offer a simple recipe of baking from yeast dough. Interesting idea forming again, I found on a Japanese cooking website. The filling can vary according to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    12 slice

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tsp

In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, add salt, sugar, softened butter, half of a slightly beaten eggs, sifted flour, yeast. Place the bucket in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading. You can knead the dough without the help of a bread machine, in the usual way.
