Pickled cucumbers
A few years ago at the cottage with my mother-in-law in the magazine I saw a recipe for pickles with the same name. The recipe I was interested, copied.. In the same year tried to close so a couple of jars. The result is very like - very tasty and crunchy and the pickles, and little carrot, and onions that accompany the cucumbers. And just a very beautiful and bright blank obtained. Very nice spicy marinade, although I usually prefer spicy pickles, these, too, very much! Now every year and make several of these jars! PS Without sterilization.

Attention! The proportions of the 4 liter jars! Cucumbers need a good pre-wash and soak in cold not boiled water for at least 6-8 hours. I mainly soaked overnight. And try well water. Water a couple of times to change. Banks pre-presterilized, cover boil. The water from the cucumbers is drained, again well wash them under running water, cut off the tails. Dill, onions, and carrots clean, dry paper towels, carrots we shall cut cubes, onion - rings. In sterile jars stacked tightly pickle, alternating with cubes of carrot, onion and dill. One quart jar - 1 carrot, 1 onion and 2 umbrella dill.

Prepare the marinade - boil water with salt and sugar, stir periodically to salt and sugar are completely dissolved. Add vinegar, stir and pour boiling marinade cucumbers to top of cans. Roll sterile caps, flip upside down and wrap it up in this position until cool. When cooled, turn over the banks to the normal position and stored in a more or less cool place, not in the refrigerator, but not at the battery, of course. I keep in the pantry. I have this recipe always turn out great pickles, the jars do not explode and do not grow turbid. If You doubt this method of seaming, it is possible to err and to use the method of double casting is to pour the cucumbers in boiling water with salt and sugar, cover with lids and allow to stand 5-7 minutes, then drain the brine back to the pot, bring to a boil and add the vinegar.
