Tulumba
Turkish sweetness. Cooking is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Water

    450 ml

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    20 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    300 ml

Tulumba - tubes of choux pastry, soaked in syrup. Boil water with butter, add the flour and boil for a few minutes.

Cool the dough and add the eggs. Mix thoroughly.

Heat the oil in a pan and transplant tulumba 2-3cm of the pastry syringe with notched tip. Fry on all sides until Golden brown.

To make syrup: water, sugar and lemon juice to boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Ready tulumba put them in a container with syrup for 10-15 minutes.
