Saltison chicken
For meat-lovers, this is it!!! Delicious sultanchik. Yes, and the cooking is unpretentious.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

For the preparation of saltiana we need a package from under juice. On the inner side it has to be foil. It is better to use a 1 liter package (loaf will turn out narrow and tall)

Food gelatin 1 sachet (25gr.)

Chicken breast cut into small pieces.

In Cup, mix chicken meat with gelatin, garlic (finely chopped), salt and pepper.

Into a clean package put the meat on top put a couple of Bay leaves.

The pack put in a high pan with water. On top of the meat put a small jar, filled with water (so that the package doesn't pop up and the meat was stamped). In such a water bath cooks the meat for 1 hour on low heat. The water in the pan should be at the level of the meat in the package.

After one hour the package of meat get from the water bath. Leave at room temperature to cool. Then move it into the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. After saltison segelerite, cut with scissors the package and take out the miracle saltison.
