Salad
I want to advise all who have not tried canning this salad. Delicious at any meal.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    3 kg

  • Tomato

    2 kg

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    200 g

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

Cooking

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water to remove the skins.

Bell pepper and tomatoes and chop finely. Add salt and sugar. Put on fire and boil 20 minutes.

Slice the cucumbers on polutorki.

Garlic finely chop. After 20 minutes in the cauldron, add cucumbers, bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Add oil and garlic. Hot spread along the banks, each add 1 tsp. of vinegar. Roll covers and wrap in a fur coat to cool down. Of this amount, we have got 5 jars 750 gram.
