Pasta baked with vegetable sauce and mozzarella
Another option for cooking delicious pasta.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Tomato juice

    300 ml

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

In olive oil fry the onion (cut in quarters of the rings) and garlic (cut into slices) until Golden brown.

Add the diced tomato and sliced thin strips of pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

Pour juice and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add Basil.

Cool. Grind the sauce in a blender. Also in a blender grind the Parmesan and herbs. Boil pasta until soft.

Divide the pasta, sauce and shredded cheese into two parts. In the form greased with olive oil or lined with baking paper, lay out the layers: pasta, sauce, Parmesan cheese with herbs. Repeat.

On top lay the slices of mozzarella. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
