Fish in pita bread in the oven
Hello! Decided to add your favorite recipe. Love this site and use recipes from here almost every day! But this recipe here is not found, maybe, watched attentively. But do not judge strictly if what not so, I cook zero level)))

Ingredients

  • Fish

    700 g

  • Pita

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    70 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Clean the fish from bones, if anyone fillet, cooking will take much less time. I take a fillet of Pollock. While the fillet and put aside.

Onions cut into rings and dismantle into rings

In a bowl mix sour cream and mayonnaise

Take the pita bread. Each sheet of pita bread cut in half.

Cut Pollock fillets into serving pieces. Turns out pieces 6-7. Slices sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Smear the fish with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream

Turn pita bread into a kind of envelope. And so do the envelopes until the end of our ingredients...)))

Take a small pan (preferably square, but may be round), grease it with vegetable oil and put it on our envelopes seam side down. Grease the wrappers vegetable oil.

And even our envelopes lubricates the remainder of the mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. You can pepper the top. And put in oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

    Спасибо за рецепт.Очень понравился.Думаю,можно с любым рыбным филе делать.Я делала с минтаем.Беру рецепт на заметку.Готовить буду ещё.
