Hearty potato roll
A big and hearty potato roll with chicken meat in a crispy pita bread! Full lunch or dinner, for adults and children! Very flavorful and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Onion

  • Green onions

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Pita

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

Cooking

Boil potatoes with salt, garlic and allspice, drain the water, remove the pepper, add the butter and mash the mixture. Cool.

To the mince add the chopped onion, and soy sauce, mix well (you can salt if needed, I'm not salted)

With pita bread need to work quickly and accurately, as it quickly gets soggy and breaks. Single layer of the roll to lay on the table, half lubricate the sour cream mixture

On the oiled part of the layer put potatoes, flatten, leaving margins on all sides. For potatoes put the stuffing, smooth

Gently and quickly fold the pita bread into a roll, starting from the filling. Then roll to grease with sour cream mixture and wrap in one layer of pita bread. Put the loaf on parchment on a baking sheet, brush with sour cream mixture again and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cook at 200 degrees until Browning bread - 10 minutes, then heat to remove up to 150 degrees and bake the stuffing inside, about 20-30 minutes (focusing on your oven)

Ready roll to take out, sprinkle with water, cover with a towel and let stand for 5 minutes. Hot crunchy roll is best to cut with a knife with serrated (for bread), in cooled form, the crust is soft. Bon appetit!
