Cottage cheese pie
Very tender and tasty pie. Cook it already sooo long ago. With great pleasure eats it even my niece that feed cottage cheese is impossible!

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder

    600 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Raisins

  • Soda

    1 tsp

Dough: Mix: 1 egg, 2st. L. sour cream, 1 tablespoon of baking soda (to repay vinegar), margarine (grate on large grater), 1 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp cocoa, 4 tbsp. flour. The dough should be elastic and not stick to hands. From the test do balls 7, and sent to the chill for 30 minutes.
