"Fly away" - because it flies in the bellies of the guests instantly! A delicious layered salad that can be served as a snack cake, as it retains its shape and does not crumble when cutting.

To start prepare all the components of our salad. Liver boil in salted water with spices until tender (about 15-20 minutes). Delay to cool. When cool liver, grate it on a coarse grater. To cook the eggs.
Mushrooms we shall cut thin slices and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Onions and carrots clean. The onion we shall cut cubes and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Fry onion 3 minutes, add the carrots and bring the vegetables until tender.

Now you can assemble the salad. The first layer is the liver. It grated liver add the 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, mix well. Put this mixture in a large flat dish evenly.
The second layer - roasted onions and carrots (before adding to the salad place the vegetables on paper towel to soak up excess fat)
For third layer, mix the mushrooms with a small number of CMV mayonnaise and spread on the vegetables.
For the next layer grate on a small grater, processed cheese and mix it with two tablespoons of mayonnaise. The resulting mass spread on a salad.
The last layer is the egg. Eggs grate on a coarse grater and also mix with two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Spread on cheese layer. Cucumber cut into thin slices and spread on the sides of the salad.
Decorate to taste. Allow to infuse for an hour.
