Sweet apricot mustard
Well, who doesn't love mustard with sausages? This combination always gives me a memory about a favorite movie gaydaevskom about Shurik... -got Mustard? Yeah!

Ingredients

  • Mustard seeds

    150 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Jam apricot

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mustard seeds, pour the white wine and leave to swell for 2-3 hours, even at night

Run the sauce in a blender. I did not penetrate until smooth, I like it when you stay the seeds of mustard. Season with mustard soy sauce Kikkoman. If you want more spicy taste, then add teriyaki sauce
