Processed cheese with mushrooms and greens

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Mushrooms cut into thin plates. Fry in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Parsley wash, dry and finely chop.

In a bowl put the cottage cheese and eggs.

Add a teaspoon of salt and soda (under the knife).

Then sour cream.

All a ingredients are well mix and break the immersion blender.

A bowl of cottage cheese and the eggs put in a water bath. And cook, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.

Mass to melt and become homogeneous.

Remove from heat and add the fried mushrooms.

Then the parsley. Mix everything carefully and pour it into moulds or jars.
