Eggplant caviar
My husband loves Georgian cuisine. So I had to ask my friend who lives in Tbilisi, to send me a few recipes. This is one of them. I ROE very much. Now you be the judge.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2.5 kg

  • Tomato

    2.5 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

  • Chili

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Spices

Finely chop the onion, carrots grate, tomatoes mince. In a large bowl and pour oil and fry the onion. Add the carrots, fry and add tomato.
