Cannelloni with meat and mushrooms
Stuffed pasta tubes with sauce "Bechamel".

  • Minced meat

  • Cheese

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Red onion

  • Salt

  • Cream

    0.6 l

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

Beef fry (flexing with a spatula to avoid lumps) with onion, add the mushrooms 100 ml of cream and stew until ready

At the end of quenching sprinkle with part of cheese and stir, allow to cool

While the beef cools, prepare the Bechamel sauce. In saucepan dissolve butter, place the flour mixing well and saute until Golden brown, then gradually pour in the cream not forgetting all carefully stir, ovarium sauce until thick.

Fill the tube with stuffing and spread on greased with vegetable oil form

Cover with the sauce (the sauce should cover the rolls completely), sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
