Nests with shrimp in a creamy sauce
I love pasta and everything connected with it! I read recently that the classic Italian method of cooking "nest" – fire in a frying pan or skillet. Offer to make such "nests" stuffed with shrimp and cheese, and braised, they are in a creamy garlic sauce. Very tasty, I recommend!


  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Pasta

    5 piece

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Water

    200 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper


The "nest" to put it in a frying pan (skillet). It is better to take such a number to lie tightly to each other.
I had cooked frozen shrimp, I thawed and cleaned. Weight of peeled shrimp 100 gr.
Cheese grate, mix with the shrimp and spread in the "nest."
Mix the cream with water, add salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Pour this mixture into "nests". The liquid should be quite a lot, but not above toppings (pictured is only a small part of the fill by taking this picture I added the remaining sauce).
Simmer on low heat until ready "nests" (focused on packaging). I got 15 minutes Bon appetit!
