Description
This weekend I tried to make jars for the winter... in the convection oven. How convenient it is! You are no pots! I'm so excited! Welcome aboard!

Cooking
Prepare the parsley and dill.
Banks took a liter and sterilized them, too, in aerogrill! In the flask put a magnifying ring and sterilize them for 15 minutes on bottom rack at a temperature of 150 degrees on high fan speed. At a time turns 4 banks! In each jar on the bottom put a few sprigs of parsley and dill, chopped garlic cloves, and 3 pieces of black pepper.
Tomatoes cut into slices.
In each jar pour 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, add 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar and fill with boiling water up to the shoulders.
Put banks in aerogrill on the bottom bars. Fits 4 cans! Cover with a lid. Cover boil is not necessary, just rinse it under water. And sterilize them at a temperature of 150 degrees on high speed for 30 minutes.
When the sterilization time will end, take out in a jar with a lid and immediately turn. Tip: keep the remaining banks in the convection oven with the lid closed, because the convection oven retains warmth very well. Then put the jars upside down and cover with a blanket or something to keep the heat to cool down. Can be stored in the apartment.
In the same way the covered the cucumber slices and tomato slices with onions. BON APPETIT!!! Sterilize jars and can in the usual way (in a pot). 1 litre for 12-15 minutes after boiling.
