Fish with garlic
You like a river fish? If Yes, then come on in and help yourself:)

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Spices

In the recipe it was suggested to use a carp or bream, or carp. I had a small bream. Here, what beauties!

The fish remove the head, fins. Carcass to gut, remove scales, rinse and dry. If the fish is large, it is necessary to cut it into serving pieces.

Mix lemon juice with sour cream. I got sour cream to taste (not sour, no! Just tastes sour), so I added only 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Add the crushed garlic. To the sauce add the seasoning to the fish. Stir it carefully. It is not necessary to use ready seasoning for fish. You can add your favorite herbs that you use when cooking fish. And can be limited to just sour cream and garlic. Only then try the sauce for salt - you may need it needs more salt according to your taste.

Coat the fish (or fish pieces) creamy garlic sauce with two sides and put on squares of foil.

Every fish (or piece) is carefully packaged in foil. Put on a medium grill aerogrill and cook 40 minutes. Those who have changed the rate of ventilation does this at a temperature of 235 degrees and an average speed. Those who have a convection oven only one speed (like me), bake the fish at 220 degrees.
