Fish with vegetables with cheese sauce in aerogrill
Another tried and tested recipe in the Treasury of recipes "Cooking in aerogrill". Easy, affordable products, quickly prepared. AND DELICIOUS!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Fish fillets

    600 g

  • Spinach

    500 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Potatoes, wash, cut into slices the thickness of 1-1,5 cm, pour salted boiling water and boil until (almost) ready. I boiled the potatoes in Mikrowelle: 10 minutes at a power of 750 Wt

Fish fillets thawed, drain the liquid, the fish rubbed with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Frozen spinach just thawed. Fresh spinach minced, pour salted boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain the water.

For the sauce, mix the egg with sour cream and water, salt-pepper, add grated cheese, mix well.

...pour the fish remains of the cheese sauce. By this time the convection oven already heated to 220*C, place the form in the bowl of the convection oven low grill. Bake 10 minutes at 200*C, then switch the temperature to 125*C and bake for another 20 minutes. (The fan speed does not indicate I have one - high) After you turn off the grills do not remove the dish immediately, let stand 10 minutes.
