Cooking
The meat is cut into small pieces, slightly repel each. I usually do it with a large knife, well, that is hitting the piece with a hammer, and a knife (blade).
Put in a pan the meat, onion and mushrooms, pre-defrost is not necessary. I slightly thawed, while lying and waiting for their turn.
For filling mix flour and cream, add sour cream, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Pour the meat with the mushroom filling.
And put in the oven on a high heat, getting ready for about an hour, depending on the oven. It turns out very juicy and flavorful. Bon appetit!
