Cooking
Meat cut into small pieces. Drop it in boiling water, proverjaem on high heat for 5 minutes. Then pour water out, rinse the meat in cold running water. Simple trick allows you to get rid of a significant amount of unwanted substances.
Put the meat in a bowl for sauteing, add the chopped onion, vodka, if necessary, add a little water (I topped up), simmer 50 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and sugar. Stir, simmer until tender (20 ~ 30 minutes).
