Do not argue, burgers in the menu we need you! Always come to the rescue for dinner they! And dinner always with them, too beautiful! Preparing them is often not in vain! The option you offer! Will be juicy, I promise! Simple, tasty, very gently! All like, of course!

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Meat skip through Mincer (preferably fine mesh). Add oatmeal, sour cream, grate on a fine grater onion, beat the egg, add salt and pepper to taste
All carefully knead for 7-10 min. Mince to put in the cold at least 30 minutes (preferably 2-3 hours).
To form patties, roll in breadcrumbs (without them)
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan
Fry the meatballs (without covers) on both sides for 2.5 minutes on each side, approximately, until Golden brown. Already fried cutlets in a bowl with a lid and keep warm while frying the rest.
When all the meatballs are browned, put them back in the pan, placing each side, preferably in a single layer (do not put them very close to each other, as when fighting they will increase in size), cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat until tender (15-20 min), no oil or water is not needed. If patties do not fit in a single layer, in the process of suppression should be reversed, swapping the upper to the lower.
Cutlets are ready
Bon appetit!
