The dish is easy to make, light and yet hearty. And of course - delicious! It turns out that somewhere between an omelet and a casserole. Cauliflower under the cheese and egg I cook in the convection oven, but it is possible to cook in the oven.

Cooking
Cauliflower can take both fresh and frozen. Cabbage should be boiled first, but try not to overcook. I'm doing this for a couple in multivarka.

And while it's still warm - delicious! From the top you can sprinkle chopped herbs, such as dill, parsley.
