Description
Sauce mojo/mojo - search on the Cook gave me: "nothing found". But this is a pretty famous Portuguese sauce. I met him in Tenerife, there is, in my opinion, this sauce is served to all, even to bananas :) Canarian sauces are of two types: red Rojo mojo (mojo rojo) and green mojo Verde (mojo verde). They are made with olive oil and vinegar. Spicy mojo Rojo — with the addition of pepper; softer, mojo Verde with cilantro or parsley.

Cooking
Fish is better to take meaty :)
Fish fillets cut into thick wedges
Salt-pepper, pour lemon juice and leave on time
Chopped garlic, cumin and paprika blend, gradually adding olive oil. In the end add red wine vinegar and another 1 minute, whisk.
Have a homogeneous sauce. Potseluem it is a good choice. Pour in the gravy boat.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the fish on all sides until light brown colour.
When shifting on a plate, each layer of fish pour the sauce.
That's all! but it's SO DELICIOUS!
