Sauce for meat dishes and not only
This sauce once cooked manta rays to the mother of my friend. Many years have passed, but still he remains my favorite sauce. It is great for manta rays. I use it for baked meat and dumplings with the dumplings. Be sure to try you will not regret.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sugar

    6 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Wash and rinse 2-3 large cloves of garlic

Garlic crushed in a garlic press or very finely chop with a knife

Add the sugar and carefully mash with a spoon. This is an important process that will take the time and give everything a good grind. Add a pinch of red or black pepper. Someone that loves.

All mix well. Add the mayonnaise.

Stir again. Now pour the soy sauce. And carefully whisk.
