Cooking

step-0
I regret that in connection with the preparations for the winter long on your favorite site and almost missed such an interesting contest. But I hope the organizers and the jury will review all the recipes, even on the last pages, and the winners will not only cooks 10 levels, but ordinary cooks! Don't mean to offend, just really want at least once to win the contest! Typically, these chocolate eggs I'm making for the New year and for Easter! And, as always, mostly for kids! Because children like no other, new year's eve waiting for a miracle and surprises! Well, on Easter, of course, because these desserts are much more interesting than usual eggs. Mix melted cream cheese (I used President) with lemon juice, powdered sugar and vanilla
step-1
Whisk the mixture a few minutes until it becomes smooth and fluffy. Put in the fridge for a while. Now whip the cream, if you do not tolerate time - take ready. Gently, using a whisk, combine whipped cream with the previously obtained mixture of cream cheese. The mixture should be light and fluffy. Put in the fridge.
step-2
If you are in the hypermarkets sell kits chocolate (hollow) Easter eggs - use them. I usually take kinder surprises, neatly divided into two halves, take out the surprise, and the chocolate I use. Take a knife and remove the tops of the chocolate eggs, and then connect the shell. You can use a warm knife and make an incision exactly, but I like when the edges carelessly torn! Ready! In each egg, spread the mixture and put in the fridge.
step-3
Now for the yolk. Connect with butter and jam (I used peach) and fresh orange juice. Over low heat heat until the butter melts and the mixture becomes homogeneous. Put in refrigerator and wait until it thickens a bit. Then everything is simple: with the help of a spoon gently make a hole in each egg and put the "yolk". Ready!
step-4
Such treats I freeze and long enough to store in freezer container or bags for sandwiches that does not absorb foreign odor.
step-5
Before serving, about 10 minutes, pull out of the fridge.
step-6
Very tasty, unusual, beautiful!
