Shepherd's purse
Pretty bundles of puff pastry with filling (I like them a lot my friends when they come to visit, sweep first!)

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    400 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Finely chop chicken and mushrooms.

SEPARATELY fry in vegetable oil mushrooms and fillet until Golden brown, then joined together and allowed to cool.

Boil the potatoes (preferably in uniform) and let cool.

The cooled potatoes are peeled and cut into small cubes, cheese RUB on a small grater, garlic and chop the herbs, leave a few long sprigs of chives.

In one Cup combine together the herbs, garlic, cheese, potatoes, mushrooms, chicken fillets, season with mayonnaise and salt and pepper, all good peremeshaem. Our filling is ready!

Puff pastry cut into equal squares and roll out thinner.

Cooked on each square of dough to put the filling, connect the edges of the square knot and tie a bow with a feather, out of the corner to expand like a flower.

To shift the resulting bundles in a baking pan (or cookie sheet) and send in a pre-heated oven to 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
