Cooking
Pour into a bowl the flour. Do in flour a small indentation and pour in the eggs, which, incidentally, must be room temperature, cold will not work.
Now with a fork, begin to gently stir. Once the eggs and flour mix, and let the hands begin to actively knead the dough.
Spread the dough on the table and continue to knead. The batter should be homogeneous, very stiff and not stick to hands.
Divide the dough into several approximately equal parts.
Now it's time for rolling of workpieces in the machine. First do a rough rolling several times.
The steps gradually go to thin.
The finished sheets can be folded — they will not stick together.
Now take the sheet, choose the desired nozzle and start to cut the noodles.
Lay out cooked noodles on paper towels for a quick dry.
Put water for boiling noodles. As soon as it boils, throw the pasta.
Cook pasta needs 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, begin cooking the fried red onion and sliced mushrooms. Onions should be cut into large half-rings, mushrooms cut small, and for frying we use butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
The noodles are thrown back on a colander. Rinse should not be.
At the bottom of each a small pan put a teaspoon of sour cream.
Followed by the sour cream put fried mushrooms and red onion. Each pan will need about one tablespoon.
Now turn minced fresh spinach.
Then we put a layer of noodles, which should be stacked to the brim of kontrolki. Immediately add a few threads of saffron.
The final touch — a teaspoon of sour cream to the saffron. Close the lid and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
The finished dish decorate with a sprig of Basil (or other herbs to taste). If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese. Served hot.
