Description

Coffee with summer berries
The first recipe of my "Star" week. Honestly, I wanted to start with a different recipe, but had to make adjustments - promised first recipe to give the light of the Ms., which has been the morning! And in the morning the actual dessert, of course, coffee! And coffee we have today is not easy, and with creamy berry "cap"! Dreams about summer!

Ingredients

  • Coffee natural

    200 ml

  • Berry

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Sugar

Cooking

step-0
Brew the organic coffee in the usual way, I am in Turku.
step-1
The berries I had frozen, I took in advance, as already mentioned, poured into a measuring Cup to the mark of 100ml. The berries are a little warmed up, melted and let the juice. In principle all we need. When coffee is cooked, leave it for a minute so that the grounds have settled to the bottom of the Turks, while they themselves add to the berries and the cream will beat into a soft mousse them in a blender. I used the chopper, I have an old but very good, and replaces the blender when you need to whip a small number of products. If the berries are sour, add sugar (or powdered sugar) to taste. I used cream of 22% in the recipe-the source was cream 10%. But we have a 10% sale just water, so I'm not whipped. About berries. The source was black currant. I usually don't like black currant in combination with dairy products, so I took berry cuts. You can pick berries to your taste.
step-2
Pour coffee into a glass, the taste you can add sugar. I do not add. Spread on top the whipped cream with berries. Nice Breakfast and good mood for the whole day! Recipe based on "Coffee with a blackcurrant" from Anna Vinarsky (LJ). PS the Drink can be served hot or cold. By far, I liked a hot option.
step-3
And a small digression. I never throw out coffee grounds, and use it as a basis for gorgeous natural body scrub. Just add, like this thick cream - scrub is ready. Believe me, your skin will be silk! No purchase scrub not compare with the coffee and cream house, proven over the years!
