Porridge
This rice-wheat porridge. I know and love is still a time summer camp. In the winter I make it often.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Millet

    100 g

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the milk. Rinse the groats. Add in the milk, cereals and sugar. Mix well.

Reduce the heat to a minimum. Tightly close the lid. Cook for 30 minutes. The main thing that your dishes do not burn. I have a "pot" - it never burnt.

At the end add the oil and stir.
