Very soft, aromatic gingerbread with a pronounced honey - nutty flavor! Cakes turn out rosy, though not baked! These cakes are steamed in the steamer or slow cooker.

First, you need to grind half a Cup of walnuts or blender, or with a knife.
Then knead the dough: in a separate bowl/pan you need to put one egg, 50 grams of butter.
Then add a spoonful of honey.
Pour half a Cup of sugar.

Stirring constantly, bring the weight up to homogeneity. Then add half a teaspoon of baking soda and stir until the mixture thickens.
Then the pan is removed from the water bath, pour half Cup of flour and mix well.
In the end, add chopped nuts, stir them into the dough.
Now, moistening hands with water and picking up the dough by tablespoon, roll into balls. The beads are laid at a small distance from each other in the steamer or in a bowl for roasting from the slow cooker. Cook 40 minutes.
