Cheese tartlets with avocado-curd
Beautiful, elegant, delicious and savory cheese tartlets prepared very quickly and without much hassle. These tarts will decorate any festive table, and Your guests will love it! The recipe for the contest "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

Cooking

Hard cheese grate on a fine grater.

Add to the cheese squeezed clove of garlic and one tablespoon of starch, mix gently.

On a dry pan put the cheese mixture one tablespoon.

Heat the pan and wait until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and allow cheese to pancakes to cool slightly (but not much!), to the extent that You can remove them with a spatula.

To put cheese pancakes on the bottom of the upturned glass (if you take the glasses, you get a very large tarts). Press their hands to the glass, to flatten the edges and allow to cool.

The cooled tartlets remove from the glasses and fill with any salad, combined to taste with cheese. It could be any chicken, mushroom, or egg salad. In this case, I avocado and curd.

Feta (can be cheese or cottage cheese) in a blender, add pieces of sliced avocado, dill, sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper, mix well and put one teaspoon into the tartlets. The garlic in the filling I add is not, because it is present in cheese tarts, still, if desired, to the stuffing finely chop the tomatoes. Decorate with greenery-filled tartlets and serve and delight Your guests.
