Cheesecake for your favorite
Surprisingly delicate pudding. The recipe is very simple, and it turns out delicious and unusual Breakfast. Great start to the day!


  • Vanilla sugar

1. To fill the strawberries with the sugar, then boil. After boiling, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
2. In a blender grind the strawberries into a puree.
3. Grind biscuits, add half the cream, mix well.
4. Mix cheese with cream until a smooth mass, add the egg, vanilla sugar, zest of half a lemon, few drops of lemon juice, biscuits, and again mix well.
5. Add 3 tablespoons of the cooled strawberry puree. Mix well. Form grease with oil, the bottom lay a baking paper (you can build the form with cling film). Pour the resulting mixture of curd in the form. This form number must be small, near 400 ml. be Sure to cover with cling film and send in the steamer for 35 minutes.
