Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Orange zest

  • Sugar

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Salt

  • Milk

  • Semolina

  • Butter

Produced on a small grater, orange zest, and the big three our pumpkin.

In a saucepan put: pumpkin, lemon zest, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt. If the pumpkin is dry - add a little water if let the juice do not need. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until tender pumpkin - it happens so very quickly, a matter of minutes!

Liquid's evaporation? Well, fine! It is now the turn of milk. Pour the pumpkin so, "to cover". Like all domestic, "soulful" recipes all the ingredients - culinary sharp eyes :-)

Now sleeps the semolina - thanks to her, the porridge becomes thick. If you don't like semolina - replace rice. Proportion? About a tablespoon of semolina per Cup of milk. Stir, boil - there you are! I fall asleep semolina with a sheet of paper, stirring - so it is possible to avoid lumps. If desired, the cereal can "walk" in the oven.
