Cavan mushy (puffy omelet)
This dish of Japanese cuisine. In fact, there is nothing special. But still the idea of cooking and the filling of the omelet I was attracted to. Who healthy food - go!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Broth

    350 ml

  • Chicken

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    120 g

  • Spices

  • Soda

To make this omelet you will need molds (bowls, plates, pots) with a volume of 100-150ml. I have a form for cupcakes.

Molds lightly greased with oil. At the bottom of the molds put the chopped sausage and mushrooms (fried mushrooms). (Filling - in my version, and you assume their taste pristrastii or that is in the refrigerator.)

Whisk eggs with broth and soda. I have the broth from cooking the chicken.

Ready mix be sure to strain through a sieve and beat again.

Pour the egg-broth mixture into the molds, but not to the brim.

Put in the container of a double boiler. The timer for 30 minutes.
