Sponge cake in the steamer
Again I come to you with a recipe from the steamer. Found the biscuit recipe on the Internet. Immediately wanted to try it, but it was night, had to wait in the morning.. the Cake turned out very soft, delicate and porous.. see for yourself.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks, whisk whites into foam until stable peaks (mass should increase about 3 times).

Whipped proteins add to our yolks, and gently stir with a spoon, then add the sugar, flour and vanilla and lightly stir with a spoon until smooth. Divide the dough into 2 parts, one part add cocoa.

Take a rice bowl ( instead of rice bowl was used for microwave container with lid). Vystelim the bottom of the bowl with foil or greased form (I greased, the cake fell out perfectly from the container) and add alternately spoon white and dark dough.

Be sure to close the container (if you are going to do in the rice bowl, then close the cake with foil), put the container in a steamer and turn on 35-50 min, depending on the capacity of steamers, the readiness check with a toothpick.

Now this cake turned out, the structure is very soft and porous...
