The steamed fish with cheese sauce
The beauty of this recipe is that we have managed to keep the majority of essential vitamins and minerals in fish. We also retained the natural flavor. And, of course, add all of this sauce!


  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 g

  • Cheese

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices


Defrost the fish. We salt it. Cut. And prepare cheese sauce. Flour lightly fry with butter, carefully dilute with milk, boil. The cheese is cut into slices, dipped in sauce and stir until completely dissolved. Add salt, spices. (in the photo the sauce had time to cool, thicken, and so it is homogeneous and creamy).
Put the fish in a steamer for about 15 min. Then spread on a plate and pour the sauce. Yummy! Soft, juicy, helpful fish is ready! The sauce is tasty, I would directly be spread on bread and eat.
