A paste of garlic. Delicious spread on bread or crackers.
Garlic peel, trim the ends.
Cook in a double boiler for 25 minutes. The garlic should be soft.
Take out the garlic. Put in a small Cup and mix with a fork. Gradually adding olive oil. The mixture should become thick and smooth. I did this in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper.
And you can smear on bread. :) Good. Especially with soup and black bread.
