Oil, remove from refrigerator. Lightly beat milk with egg in a saucepan. Add sugar.
Put on fire and bring to boil. Cook on very low heat with constant stirring until the syrup begins to thicken. Cook the syrup until the consistency of condensed milk. If you are afraid to spoil, do it in a water bath. Turn off, cover with foil so the cream does not feel crusty. Allow to cool.
Beat the butter with vanilla.
Gradually add one tablespoon of syrup to the butter and whisk well. Put the finished cream in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to slightly harden. The cream is ready. Now add dyes if you need them, and decorate the cake using a pastry bag or a syringe.
