Lunch for losing weight
Over the holidays and it's time to bring the figure in order (well at least for me). And then, comes the steamer! Nautical language is often fatty, but cooked in a double boiler loses some of the fat (though useful, but I absolutely can not eat this fat). Eat and present: well, I'm slim, beautiful! And still so delicious!!!

Ingredients

On lower the basket of a double boiler, put fillet of sea language. I got all the products of this recipe out of the freezer and started cooking without prior thawing. Turn on the timer for 25 minutes.

When the timer 15 minutes left, another basket of a double boiler, spread the mixed vegetables (I have corn, red beans, green beans, green peas, onion, carrot, pepper) and mussels. And put on top of fish, to fish oil is not dripping on vegetables.

And wait the remaining 15 minutes. 5 minutes before the off timer you can RUB cheese varieties and sprinkle on vegetables. But my diet lunch - cheese and I don't deserve.

After 5 min. after switching off get our yummy (not kidding, very tasty and no salt and no spices, but you can add to taste). Spread on a plate, you can pour extra virgin olive oil. Bon appetit!!!
