Fusilli with cheese sauce
Very tasty pasta with a creamy sauce of cream cheese and spicy greens. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mouse-Katyusha called "Fusilli with cheese sauce" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Ham

    300 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Cheese curd

    150 g

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

To prepare the products. Herbs can take any what you like. I took the thyme, rosemary and Basil a few sprigs. The thyme and rosemary, pluck the leaves, finely chop the Basil.

Onions are finely chopped.

Cut the ham into strips.

In skillet, heat olive oil and fry the onions until clear. Add the ham and fry for a few minutes. Add greenery.

In the broth to dissolve the cheese and combine with cream.

Pour cream-cheese mixture into the frying pan to the onions and ham. Add cornstarch, salt and pepper to taste.

While preparing sauce, cook the pasta in salted water following the instructions on the package. To put the fusilli on warmed plates, top with a little cheese sauce and serve. Optionally, garnish with fresh Basil.
